Executive Assistant
Experience: Minimum 2 year in office administration work
Qualification: Any degree or Post graduate
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the Director and to the wider team.
- Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments and meetings.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications.
- Planning and organizing events and conferences.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters relating to the daily activity of the
department and/or organization. - Work cross functionally as part of a team with other members and departments.
- Upkeep of office records and correspondence.
- Maintaining MIS reports, handling & filing documentations.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and investors
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence - Follow-up & coordination with internal departments and getting work done in the stipulated time
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Key Skills:
- Well versed with MS Word, Power Point and Excel.
- Strategic and Coordination skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the
ability to meet deadlines - Ability to multitask
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- Excellent Communication Skills.
