Executive Assistant

Experience: Minimum 2 year in office administration work
Qualification: Any degree or Post graduate
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Director and to the wider team.
  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments and meetings.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Planning and organizing events and conferences.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters relating to the daily activity of the
    department and/or organization.
  • Work cross functionally as part of a team with other members and departments.
  • Upkeep of office records and correspondence.
  • Maintaining MIS reports, handling & filing documentations.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and investors
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
    Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Follow-up & coordination with internal departments and getting work done in the stipulated time
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Key Skills:

  • Well versed with MS Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Strategic and Coordination skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the
    ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multitask
  • Fluent in English & Hindi
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
