- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Lead HR planning processes, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Ensure a smooth on boarding process for new employees, enhancing their integration and engagement.
- Design and implement performance management systems.
- Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Promote continuous learning and professional growth opportunities within the organization.
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
- Partner with Business Leaders to develop people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and implement effective HR processes for employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Manage and Lead End-To-End performance management processes, including goal setting, regular performance reviews, and constructive feedback mechanisms.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee performance, productivity, and career development. Process Audits and Improvements based on the business requirements.
- Lead comprehensive onboarding processes for all new joiners through orientation and training
programs. - Track attendance regularization of employees and support payroll processing and hand it over
to the Finance Department - Manage all internal HR systems, including HRIS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support in implementing rewards and recognition programs to enable employees to remain engaged and motivated
- Act as a key point of contact to managers and staff regarding HR policies, procedures, and
software needs
