HR Head

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Human resource Role
Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Resources (MSW HR, MBA HR) a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Lead HR planning processes, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning
  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Ensure a smooth on boarding process for new employees, enhancing their integration and engagement.
  • Design and implement performance management systems.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional growth opportunities within the organization.
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
  • Partner with Business Leaders to develop people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and implement effective HR processes for employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Manage and Lead End-To-End performance management processes, including goal setting, regular performance reviews, and constructive feedback mechanisms.
  • Implement strategies to enhance employee performance, productivity, and career development. Process Audits and Improvements based on the business requirements.
  • Lead comprehensive onboarding processes for all new joiners through orientation and training
    programs.
  • Track attendance regularization of employees and support payroll processing and hand it over
    to the Finance Department
  • Manage all internal HR systems, including HRIS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support in implementing rewards and recognition programs to enable employees to remain engaged and motivated
  • Act as a key point of contact to managers and staff regarding HR policies, procedures, and
    software needs
