Sales and Marketing Executive
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on Modern Trade and FMCG.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Ensure alignment of strategies with overall business objectives for sustained growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns by assisting in their creation and execution.
- Conduct detailed market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to engage with potential customers.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s products or services to prospective clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide ongoing client support..
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication skills for effective cold calling, email generation, and phone conversations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts into clear language.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting daily/weekly targets.
