Agrileaf, India’s leading eco-friendly Areca Leaf tableware manufacturer and exporter, is expanding its team! We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Lead / Head to drive our national sales strategy and lead our team to new heights.

Position: Sales Lead / Head
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Experience: 6 to 10 years in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Qualification: MBA in Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire sales function to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Plan and execute brand and product launches in line with company objectives.
  • Build, lead, and manage a team of regional sales managers, area sales managers, and on-ground sales executives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for channel development across general trade, modern trade, and institutional sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competition to make data-driven decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
  • Drive regular team reviews, sales forecasting, and reporting to ensure transparency and goal alignment.
  • Focus on building strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
